Fan Guide.
Accounts, bidding, buying, and getting your order.
1. Account
- Sign up with email/password or a login provider (e.g. Google). Verify email when prompted.
- Sign in or sign up from the site or footer Sign In link.
- To sell as a creator you need an invite/referral code; otherwise you’re a fan (buyer).
- Update profile and preferences in Account Settings (footer when signed in).
2. Browsing and discover
- Discover: Browse active auctions and drops. Search and filter by category.
- Click a creator’s name or profile for their storefront and listings.
- Follow creators to keep up with their items.
3. Bidding
Proxy bidding
- You enter your max bid. Current Bid = second-highest + increment (your max is never shown).
- If someone outbids your max, you can bid again. Winner at the end pays the current bid.
Anti-snipe
Bids in the last couple of minutes can extend the end time so others can respond.

4. Buying
- Buy Now: Checkout collects payment + shipping. Total (item + 3% fee + shipping) shown before confirm.
- Won an auction: After it ends, Dashboard → Orders → open order → add or select shipping. Then complete payment.
- Guest checkout: Short path; we may prompt for an account after so you can track the order.
3% buyer fee + shipping; all shown before you confirm.
5. Orders and shipping
- Dashboard → Orders: Status, tracking (when shipped), add/update shipping for won auctions.
- Dashboard → Shipping: Save multiple addresses (US and international); choose at checkout or when adding shipping to an order. Set a default for quick checkout.
- Mark as delivered when you receive the item (if applicable).
International shipping
- We ship to many countries (e.g. US, Canada, UK, Mexico, Australia, and more). If your address is outside the seller’s country, the listing must offer international shipping.
- At checkout you may see a notice that delivery is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): you are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes in your country. Shipping cost shown is for delivery only.
- On the payment page, select your country and enter the same address as in your Fanvault profile so the order and label are correct.
6. FAQ
- Refunds?
- Generally final. Exceptions (e.g. non-delivery) via support. Terms of Service; contact support@fanvaultshop.com with evidence.
- Why add shipping after winning?
- We collect your address after you win. Orders → order → Add shipping.
- International orders and customs?
- We ship to many countries. International shipments are DDU: you may owe duties or taxes in your country; the seller is not responsible. Add your international address in Dashboard → Shipping and select it (or enter it) at payment.
- Update payment method?
- Dashboard → Payment or Account Settings.
